By submitting a booking request through this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any group or organisation you represent.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the church. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a booking until written confirmation has been given.

The premises may only be used for the purpose stated in the booking request. Activities must align with the values, beliefs, and mission of the church and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

The church reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking that it believes is not appropriate or may bring the church into disrepute.

The person making the booking is responsible for:

• The conduct of all attendees
   
• Ensuring appropriate supervision, especially where children or vulnerable adults are involved
   
• Any damage caused to the building, furniture, or equipment during the booking
   

The church may charge for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning where required.

All bookings involving children or vulnerable adults must comply with the church’s safeguarding policy. Where requested, the hirer must provide evidence of appropriate safeguarding procedures and DBS checks.

The hirer agrees to:

• Follow all health and safety instructions provided
   
• Use the premises and equipment safely and as instructed
   
• Not bring hazardous materials onto the premises without prior agreement
   

Fire exits must be kept clear at all times, and maximum room capacities must not be exceeded.

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. The church reserves the right to charge for late cancellations where costs have already been incurred.

The church may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded.

Where applicable, booking fees must be paid by the agreed date. Failure to pay may result in the booking being cancelled.

The church accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance cover where necessary. The church’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Personal information provided through this booking form will be used solely for the purposes of managing the booking and in accordance with the church’s privacy policy.
